Introduction to Advanced Decorating Techniques -
Saturday, September 6.

This class is geared towards the person who wants to sculpt flowers ribbons or figures using Fondant.

Each participant will receive an 8" cake to learn how to cover a cake in fondant and embellish it using wedding style bows, ribbons and flowers like tulips, daisies and roses. Each participant will take home their work of art, as well as additional fondant to practice techniques after class. Cost for course $75.
