SUMMER MENU SPECIALS
Mixed Berry Gallete - Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries lightly sweetened and baked inside a flaky pie crust and garnished with pastry stars. Serves 12. (18.00)
Mango Coconut Roulard - Light Coconut cake rolled together with tangy mango mousse, garnished with toasted coconut and fresh whipped cream. Serves 12-16. (18.00) Also avail. as individuals.
Nectarine Cream Tart - Fresh nectarines sliced and arranged atop creamy vanilla custard, baked till goldren with sugary Brulee top. Eight inch serves 8-10. (18.00)

Our Cakes are unlike any you have ever seen or tasted. Made in a European "torte" style, each cake offers 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of mousse filling with your choice of frosting:

Chocolate ganache is available for an additional charge that depends on cake size (please note that there is a thin layer of chocolate meringue buttercream underneath the ganache).
We make our meringue buttercreams fresh throughout each week with butter, sugar, egg whites, water, real Tahitian vanilla, and lemon juice. Our buttercreams are smooth, creamy and light adding the perfect flavor to our cakes.
Our cakes are decorated with your choice of buttercream flowers, chocolate adornments or chocolate dipped strawberries (or any combination of the two). Custom decorations and our specialty cakes have an additional artwork charge that depends on design & size of cake.
All items are made fresh, from scratch, and on-site. All of our products are trans fat free, made with only fresh, premium, natural ingredients.

For oders, we ask for a minimun of 4 days and for custom orders a minimum of 2 weeks notice so we can make a cake especially for you.
